@ The Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary Visitor Center

Join the Sanctuary's Research Coordinator, John Bright, for a presentation on recent shipwreck discoveries in Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary. In May of 2017, researchers from the sanctuary and the University of Delaware located two new shipwreck sites: one the steel bulk carrier Choctaw (sank in 1915); the second the wooden bulk carrier Ohio. Join the Sanctuary's Research Coordinator John Bright for a "deep dive" presentation on these recent discoveries.
